FAQ's
I work with adults and children across the UK experiencing ADHD, perimenopause, chronic fatigue, anxiety, low mood, sleep problems, hormonal imbalance and gut health issues. Importantly, you don't need a diagnosis - if something doesn't feel right, I can help.
Functional nutrition looks to identify the root causes of health challenges. Rather than just managing symptoms, it uses personalised nutrition, lifestyle medicine and functional testing to understand why you feel the way you do, and create a precise plan based on your unique biology.
No referral is needed. You can book directly via my website. I offer a free 30-minute discovery call so we can talk through your symptoms and see whether working together is the right approach.
Yes, there is growing research showing that nutrition plays a significant role in dopamine production, focus, emotional regulation and behaviour. A functional nutrition approach looks at gut health, blood sugar balance, nutrient deficiencies and inflammation - all of which directly affect how we feel and behave.
Hormonal changes during perimenopause affect energy, mood, sleep, weight and cognition. Functional nutrition identifies the nutritional and lifestyle factors making symptoms worse, and creates a personalised plan to support hormone balance, adrenal health and long-term wellbeing.
Yes, all consultations are held online via video call, making it easy to access support from anywhere in the UK. Sessions are flexible and designed to fit around your life.
Your initial 75-minute consultation covers your full health history, current symptoms, diet and lifestyle. Together we begin to identify the root causes of your symptoms and I start building your personalised plan.
Yes, where appropriate I recommend functional tests such as hormone panels, gut microbiome analysis, nutrient status testing and more. These provide detailed insights that go beyond standard GP testing and help us build a much more precise plan. Most functional tests can be done in the comfort of your own home.
Programmes start from £220 for the Health Foundations package, which includes an initial 75-minute consultation and one follow-up. The Health Reset (£390) and Health Reset Plus (£540) offer more ongoing support for complex or long-standing conditions.
I hold an MSc (Distinction) in Nutritional Therapy and am a certified functional medicine provider. I am a registered member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and rCNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), which means I adhere to strict professional and ethical standards.
