TRAINED IN FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
I hold a Master’s degree (Distinction) in Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine from the University of Worcester and have completed further training in Functional Medicine and Integrative Psychiatry.
I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Why I do this
For as long as I can remember, I have believed that what we eat, how we live and how we feel are deeply connected. However, it wasn’t until I began my training that I truly understood the science behind that instinct and realised it is rarely as straightforward as it seems.
Having lived with anxiety since childhood, I believed I was doing everything “right” - eating well, exercising regularly and maintaining what most would consider a healthy lifestyle. Yet something still felt out of balance. Through personalised nutrition and functional medicine, I uncovered specific personal nutrient needs that I had been missing. Addressing them was transformative.
Growing up on a family farm in rural Herefordshire shaped a respect for the connection between the land and the food we eat. Over time, this has expanded into an interest in how modern agricultural practices, soil depletion and chemical exposures may influence human health. Alongside increasing environmental pressures and chronic stress in everyday modern life, I believe individualised, biology-led support has never been more important for mental wellbeing.
My Approach
I am passionate about how nutrition, lifestyle, genetics, environment and physiology come together to shape brain health. When these foundations are supported properly, mood stabilises, energy improves, focus sharpens and resilience grows.
Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, I look at the full picture of how your body’s systems are working together. By exploring your story from early life to the present, we identify opportunities to optimise function and create meaningful long term change.
Where appropriate, functional testing provides deeper clarity and can take the guess work out of the process, so your plan is precise, targeted and tailored to you.
My Mission
My mission now is to help others uncover their unique biological and emotional needs, so they can live with greater clarity, energy and emotional resilience, which is something I believe is possible for everyone.
